Meditation

Snow offers meditation with choice of having the relaxing music play or not.

3-3-3 Exercise

This exercise works similar to the 5-4-3-2-1 Exercise, but it is now 3 things you can hear, 3 things you can see, and 3 things you can move.

Memory Exercise

The memory exercise shows a picture to the user for the user to describe in detail what they remember if they choose to hide the image. They can choose to show or hide the image before they start typing what they want to remember. The purpose is to help improve memory and to help destress by distracting the user.

5-4-3-2-1 Exercise

This is to allow people to name 5 things they can see, 4 things they can touch, 3 things they can hear, 2 things they can smell, and 1 thing they can taste. This is done to engage the senses and ground the user to reality and help destress.

Categories

Categories offers questions to help the user distract themselves by engaging in short questions they can answer related to one of nine categories. When done answering questions users can get a new question.

There is an info page in the app that talks about the intention of the app, which is to help users who may deal with anxiety and stress. All techniques are researched from trusted sources such as choosementalhealth.org.
